This workshop provides instructors with a basic introduction to the features and functionality of Adobe Connect.

Learning Objectives:

This workshop will:

  • Provide examples of how this application can be used to support teaching and learning.
  • Provide an overview of the tools available (chat, breakout rooms, video, shared documents & applications, whiteboard features, recording and more).
  • Provide participants with an opportunity to test out the different functionalities in breakout groups.


  • Access to the Internet.
  • We recommend you use a headset for the break out sessions.
